We are seeking a results-driven Tech Alliances Director to join the Product Management team at OneLayer, a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions for enterprise private cellular networks. This role is critical in driving the success of OneLayer’s ecosystem strategy by building and managing strategic technology partnerships that enhance our product offerings and market reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish technology alliances with key players in the private cellular network and cybersecurity ecosystem, including hardware vendors, software providers, and system integrators.
- Collaboration Management: Work closely with partners to define joint value propositions, integrations, and go-to-market strategies that align with OneLayer's goals.
- Product and Solution Alignment: Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Sales, Marketing and other stakeholders to ensure partner solutions align with OneLayer’s product roadmap and customer needs.
- Enablement and Evangelism: Drive enablement initiatives with partners, including training, technical workshops, and co-marketing activities.
- Performance Metrics: Define KPIs for partnership success, including revenue impact, customer adoption, and product integration milestones. Provide regular updates to leadership.
What You Bring
- Experience: 6+ years in technology alliances, solution engineering, outbound product management or a related role in the cybersecurity, telecom, or enterprise networking industries.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of private cellular networks (5G/4G), IoT, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and nurture senior technical relationships with partners.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience working across product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to drive partner initiatives.
- Execution Focus: Track record of turning strategic plans into measurable results.
